5 x 20g Curly Locks (100g total) Earthy colours
Add texture and interest to your projects. This wool can be wet felted, needle felted spun or woven. The illustrated set contains five earthy colours, four of which have been dyed. The natural white/cream colour is undyed wool. Unlike my Merino wool this wool hasn’t been carded and because of the nature of the fleece it does contain little bits and pieces of straw etc. The curly fibres are incredibly useful and if you take a look at my High Force picture in the gallery of ‘Teesdale Felt’, you will see how I used the wool to create the effect of moving water dropping over the waterfall. The natural colours can also be used to create needle or wet felted animals as the texture represents fur or of course fleece!
