The carding process creates continous lengths (known as slivers) to bring you an easy to use fibre for quick felting and spinning.
*Carding is the process where single fibres are layered in several directions, creating a bulky and soft fibre.
If more than 50g is purchased then your wool may be vacuum packed to prevent it expanding during postage. This does not harm the fibres in any way and as soon as the package is opened they will expand.
